Dr. Varma is a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician and an American Academy of HIV Medicine-credentialed HIV specialist. With over seven years of clinical experience, Dr. Varma specializes in LGBTQIA+ health. Her expertise include gender-affirming care, HIV prevention and treatment (pre- and post-exposure prophylaxis and HIV treatment), primary care, mental health, and management of other infectious diseases (i.e., Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, latent/active Tuberculosis, and other sexually transmitted infections). She has dedicated her professional life to increasing access to health care services for the LGBTQIA+ community.
