$25 with accepted health insurance
($125 without insurance)

Health Care Service includes:

✔️ One virtual visit with a LGBTQIA+ specialized health care provider 

✔️One medical letter of support for gender-affirming surgery.*

✔️Access to messaging with the health care team

*Please note: This letter of support is not the same as a letter of support from a therapist, counselor, psychologist or psychiatrist. Be sure to check with your health insurance to see what type of provider they require a letter of support from.
